Dear fellow citizens and esteemed Cambodian friends,

As of April 15, 2026, I have assumed my duties as the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the Kingdom of Cambodia. Building upon the efforts of my predecessors in representing our country and developing bilateral relations, I will work together with my colleagues to carry our ties even further.

One of my primary goals will be to deepen and strengthen the ever-evolving Türkiye-Cambodia relations across various facets, including politics, security, trade and economy, culture, and tourism. While pursuing this objective, I believe that our citizens residing in Cambodia, alongside our institutions represented in Phnom Penh, will provide significant contributions.

Although we are geographically distant, I believe the shared desire in both countries to improve bilateral relations will guide us. Along with the rise of the Asian continent, the importance of the Southeast Asian region is also increasing. Türkiye’s policy toward this region continues to evolve daily through new tools and actors. Given our country's interest, the shared will of both nations' leaders, and Cambodia’s potential within Southeast Asia, I believe we can achieve significant momentum in our bilateral relations.

In addition to representing our country and developing our ties with Cambodia, providing the services needed by our citizens is among our primary duties. As has been the case until now, the doors of our Embassy will remain open for all consular needs of our citizens.

During my tenure, my colleagues and I will work to enhance Türkiye-Cambodia relations and provide the best possible service to our citizens.
